Grateful thanks to all those who turned out last Saturday to help clear some of the weeds and overgrown bushes on gravestones. a couple of dozen folk arrived and worked hard for a few hours, even through the rain. thanks to the ladies who provided the refreshments to keep us all going.

The grass is now being cut by the Parish Council contractor and is improving the look of the churchyard.
We had many offers of help with cutting the grass, However we would now like to accept those offers and tidy the overgrown grave stones.
All are welcome to come along, to tidy their own family grave and / or lend a hand to tidy those no longer tended.
Please bring gloves and tools, and stay for a little or as long as you are able.
TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THE CHURCHYARD LOOK GOOD AGAIN.
